Wallos
See every subscription you pay for, and never miss a renewal again.
Wallos is a personal subscription tracker. Add Netflix, gym, insurance or any recurring bill, and it shows what you spend each month, what renews next, and sends reminders before you're charged. It runs on your own computer or server, so your spending data stays private.
Demo login: username: demo / password: demo. Shared demo; the database resets every 2 hours. Don't enter real data.

What it does
- Monthly and yearly totals across currencies
- Calendar of upcoming renewals
- Reminders by email, Telegram, Discord and more
- Small and simple, so it's the easiest app in the catalogue to make your own
Great for: Anyone who has lost track of what they're subscribed to; households sharing bills.
Make it yours: ideas
Pick an idea to start from, or describe your own.
- Code changes · moderate Split shared subscriptions between flatmates or a partner "We share Netflix, Spotify and the internet bill between 3 people. Show how much each person owes per month."
- Extend: themes, plugins, API · easy Renewal reminders on WhatsApp or Telegram "Remind me on Telegram 3 days before anything renews, and again on the day."
- Code changes · moderate Free-trial guard that reminds you to cancel before a trial converts "When I add a free trial, ask for the end date and nag me 2 days before it starts charging."
- Extend: themes, plugins, API · easy Rebrand it as your family's "bills board" "Call it 'Cohen Family Bills', use our green colours and make it easy to read on my mum's phone."
- Code changes · moderate Yearly "subscription audit" report "Once a year, show me everything I paid for, what I barely used, and what I could save."
Can I trust it?

How easy is it to adapt?
Easy to adapt
Plain PHP pages and endpoints with no build step, and a single SQLite file. Most changes are a page, an endpoint, a CSS file or a translation file.
- No code (settings): Main currency, extra currencies and the interface language (30+ languages). Group subscriptions your way and record who pays for each one. How many days before a renewal to remind you, and which channel to use.
- Extend (themes, plugins, API): Colours, dark mode and custom CSS without touching PHP. Send reminders anywhere (e.g. WhatsApp through a webhook bridge) or read your subscriptions from scripts.
- Runs on: hosted-demo, docker, server
- Built with: php, javascript, css
